Who doesn\u2019t like free food? <\/p>
We wanted to give a shout out to Joseph, our local forager on the Isle of Wight who produces interesting content on YouTube about what is available in the landscape to forage throughout the year. As well as producing regular videos on the subject, Joseph runs a live session every Friday evening where viewers can \u2018ask the forager\u2019 any question they like on foraging. These sessions are usually done somewhere in the beautiful Isle of Wight landscape where you never know what he might find!<\/p>
Joseph also talks about cooking with what he has foraged, offering some interesting recipe ideas. His other great interest is brewing with what he has found in the landscape and he has come up with some interesting beverages to say the least!<\/p>
